October 26,2015 – Brother Marcel Marsolais, President, CUPE 409, reports: The proposed improved Extended Health Care Plan was negotiated in 2014 and is included in our Collective Agreement as Appendix C” on page 94. The new plan must be approved by the C.U.P.E. 409 membership prior to July 01, 2016. If approved, the new plan will take effect September 2017.
